Mike Halpin is the sixth of 11 children raised in a loving, devout Roman Catholic home, coming to faith in Christ while attending Kansas State University. Mike is spoiled by his wife of 40 years, Cathie. (You can find Cathie’s blog at HisWordMyHeart.com.) Together they fulfilled childhood dreams in raising their four daughters, the joy of their lives. Mike has worked in a variety of fields including construction, firefighting, and home inspections. He has discipled men, led bible studies, and served as an elder for over 30 years. Mike is a staff elder at Lion and Lamb Church in Topeka, KS.
